In this programme you can work independently and anonymously with tips and exercises to cope with stress and anxiety. It consists of 6 modules.

You are supposed to complete one module per week. Every module contains explanations and exercises. The exercises will help you discover new patterns of thinking and behaviour, so you can master your stress and anxiety.

After the starting module, ‘Understanding stress and anxiety’, you can go through the modules in the order you like or follow the suggested order. It’s entirely up to you, so see what works best.
