In this programme you can work independently and anonymously with tips and exercises to cope with self-injury. It consists of 10 modules.

Every module contains explanations and exercises. The exercises will help you discover new patterns of thinking and behaviour.

You can complete the ‘STAR’ programme on your own. It is, however, not a substitute for professional help. If you feel no progress or are having frequent or recurrent self-injury behaviour and haven’t sought out any help, we would highly recommend you to do so. On MoodSpace.be and at the bottom of this page, you can discover who you can turn to for help.
