Did you know?

The student services of colleges and universities offer a wide range of support: for those in need of a listening ear or legal advice; for those who want help finding a room or arranging their student finances; for those looking for sport or culture; or for those who want to know more about healthy eating or relaxation. In other words, they can help you with everything you need to enjoy a worry-free student life.

Are you struggling with something?

Are you suffering from failure, anxiety, stress or loneliness? Do you not feel good about yourself? Are you unhappy and don't know how to deal with it? Then you are very welcome at the psychological support services of your college or university.

You will receive free professional help, and look for a tailor-made solution together. Of course, this takes place in complete confidentiality.

In addition to individual counselling, these services also organise training courses and activities on mental health. You will learn how to deal with failure anxiety, to worry less, to sleep better, to deal with procrastination or to become fitter in your head.

Many training sessions are free of charge; for others, you pay a small contribution.
