LifeCraft is an online training programme during which you learn to take more control of your time and to find out what enhances your energy level. The training consists of 7 modules.

The training provides concrete information and tips. You are asked to pursue 6 challenges. By actively working on these challenges over a 14-day period you can boost your well-being. Yet, research shows that there is a critical condition to reap the benefits of this programme: you need to really engage in these challenges.

You get a new challenge every two days. Witnesses of other students and a concrete action plan help you to put these challenges into practice. Are you curious by now? Go to module 1!
