In this programme you can work independently and anonymously with tips and exercises to get a better grip on your suicidal thoughts. It consists of 6 modules.

You are supposed to complete one module per week. Every module contains explanations and exercises. The exercises will help you discover new patterns of thinking and behaviour, so you can master your suicidal thoughts

You can complete the ‘Think Life' programme on your own. It is, however, not a substitute for professional help. If you feel no progress or are having frequent or recurrent suicidal thoughts and haven’t sought out any help, we would highly recommend you to do so. On MoodSpace.be and at the bottom of this page, you can discover who you can turn to for help.
